I had a beautiful stay at Capitol On The Park, but the service left much to be desired. The room was clean and spacious, and the central location was convenient for exploring Sandton. However, the staff were often unhelpful, and there seemed to be a disconnect with the services promised, particularly during our Valentine's package experience.
