I had a beautiful stay at Capitol On The Park, but the service left much to be desired. The room was clean and spacious, and the central location was convenient for exploring Sandton. However, the staff were often unhelpful, and there seemed to be a disconnect with the services promised, particularly during our Valentine's package experience.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great views and comfortable beds, but I faced several issues with the room key not working and a malfunctioning bathroom sink. The staff were helpful, but the dining experience could use some improvement.
